How to Register:

On-line
On-line registration is preferred.  Click here to register on-line for ICSB 2010, please note this is a secure server website.

Post or Fax
Complete the registration form which can be downloaded here and return it, along with payment, to the Congrex UK Ltd. Please complete one registration form per participant including any accompanying persons.  Please photocopy the form if you require additional copies, or download additional forms.

Registration Package

Registration includes:

• Attendance at all scientific sessions
• All Conference documentation
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre
• Closing Ceremony
• Tea and coffee
• All documentation including book of abstracts
• Entry to all sessions and exhibition
• VAT @ 17.5%

The accompanying persons’ registration fee includes:

• Welcome Reception at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre
• Half day Edinburgh Tour
• VAT @ 17.5%

Payment
Payment should be made in advance of the Conference by one of the following methods:

MasterCard/Visa.
Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.

Cheque or banker’s draft,
in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to ‘Congrex UK Ltd/ICSB 2010 Conference Ltd’

Payment can be made by MasterCard/Visa at the time of registration or by Cheque/Banker’s Draft or Bank Transfer which can be accepted at a later date. Should you decide to defer immediate payment by choosing the “payment with cheque / bank transfer” option and then later decide to pay by credit card, please contact us directly to request a secure link for this transaction via registration@icsb2010.org.uk  

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Congrex UK Ltd.  Cancellations will be accepted until 9 July 2010 with a refund of all registration fees except for an administration fee of 25%.  No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 9 July 2010. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.

Optional Events
Delegates and accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the Gala Dinner and Tours at the time of registration. Full Social and Tour information can be found on the Social and Tours Programme page

Please note that registration for optional tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a first come-first served basis. A minimum and maximum number of delegates booked onto tours may be necessary.

Participation in events included in the registration fee, for example the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception must also be marked on the form.

Registration onsite in Edinburgh
On-site registration will start from Sunday 10 October. The registration desks will be located in the Strathblane Hall at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, EICC.

Confirmation and Joining Instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition Joining Instructions to assist with your visit to Edinburgh will be sent out by email approximately 6 weeks prior to the Conference.  Please ensure that you submit your email address when registering.

Data Protection
Your name and address will be contained in the full list of participants, available to all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. We may be supplying names and addresses of participants to sponsors/exhibitors of the event to enable them to contact you with regard to their marketing objectives and/or satellite programme. If you do not wish to have your name included, please indicate on the registration form.

Contact information of the agreed participants will be provided to Nature Publishing Group for promoting of Molecular Systems Biology (MSB) journal and for verification of publication fee discount.  The agreed participants will be given a one-year membership for International Society for Systems Biology (ISSB) and given an opportunity for discount of the publication fee for MSB. It should be noted, however, this does not imply that submission by the member is ensured for its publication.

However, ICSB 2010 Conference Ltd and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. ICSB 2010 Conference Ltd and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the meeting all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, ICSB 2010 Conference Ltd and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the meeting does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
