Delegates are invited to continue submitting abstracts for poster presentations. All abstracts must be written in English.

Submission of Abstracts
Your abstract submission for poster presentation must reach the Conference organisers on or before 1 August 2010.

Select contributions will be invited for submission to be published as a volume in Springer book series, indexed by Medline.

The preferred option is to submit your abstract via the website. Please click here where you will be guided through the on-line submission process. If you are unable to make an online submission, please contact the conference Organisers for further instructions.

Evaluation
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts
If requested you will be automatically sent an acknowledgement via email, to confirm that your abstract has been received. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of submitting your abstract please contact the Conference Organisers immediately.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Submitting authors will be informed whether their abstract has been accepted for an oral/poster by 2 July 2010 (if the abstract has been submitted on or before 1 June 2010). Please note that all presenters of abstracts will be expected to register for the Conference prior to submitting their abstract and you will be asked to confirm your registration number.

• Tuesday, 12th October – 17.00 – 19.00

You should have received an email confirmation of your abstract number. If you have an odd poster number, you will be presenting at the poster session on Monday, 11th October; and if you have an even poster number, you will be presenting at the poster session on Tuesday, 12th October.

Monday Poster Session – Posters should be put up between 16.00 and 18.00 on Sunday, 10th October and immediately removed on Tuesday, 12th October at 14.30, the start of the afternoon coffee break.

Tuesday Poster Session – Posters should be put up during the afternoon coffee break on Tuesday, 12th October at 14.30 and removed during the afternoon coffee break on Thursday, 14th October at 14.30.

Please note if you have not taken your poster down during your designated time, it will be taken down for you and may get damaged or lost. The conference organisers take no responsibility for lost or damaged posters.

Amendments to Abstracts
Amendments to abstract can not be made online once submission is complete. Please ensure you check your submission thoroughly before completing submission. If however, you need to make further amendments then you must contact the Conference Organisers at abstracts@icsb2010.org.uk
